I tried with pokemon 5.0 but lots of error.
Anyway can I replace the m10 call command in a smali or xml and replace it by a color code? I want to make the clock widget transparent,if m10 tool can't do it right now then the only way is to replace the m10 by transparent color code right?

Haven`t tried that yet, but the only way to have at least a little control over m.10 files is renaming folders in fusion.apk. Let`s say you plan a blue Theme, then you can rename matte folder to default and vice versa. That way fusion does not overwrite too many values with green stuff from default folder in fusion. Same is true, if you want dark clock widget and dark unlock ring without actually aplying a skin. The biggest frustration is still, that widget tops / bottoms and and Rosie dock are buried in m.10`s. Anyway - first Theme is basically ready, just not as complete as we could do that back in old Sennse 2.x and 3.x times.

Apktool looks at m10 files and skips them. The issue is as heis the one said with resources.arsc. Apktool needs to be updated.
As far as replacing an m10 reference in smali with a coded color value its possible. I did it on 3.0 sense mms.

Then it shoud also be possible to replace this with a reference to an ID for a png, similar to how you do that with apm in global.Action.smali`s. The biggest issue will be finding the values.
