Different chipset and if you consider booting a functionality well yes go ahed and it wont boot :P

Btw, in case I can't get it to work ultimately, can you tell me another way to get my phone to look like ICS?

Please no go launcher or anything (it takes up to much space and ram)

Also I want beats audio.

Finally someone has solved the problem ?
I've a brand new GT-S5830i with gb 2.3.6 preinstalled....

I've tried to root, install cwm5 and install a custom ROM
everything launched from recovery return :

.............getprop or something...
Error in E://tmp/sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
Installation aborted


No solution yet?
