If you open it with winrar or 7zip or so is there a 'META-INF' folder? Of it isn't there then it isn't signed, but it could be something else.

yes it is signed...

Well, I hope the Percent Battery drops every 1% not 5%.
secondary, sometimes the background is as black as the word. Then we can't read.

Other features & Icons are FANTASTIC.

BTW, if the status bar can be transparent is good, too.
