Got "Mobile phone is in use" problem during install the drivers in my Windows XP PC. Any body got the same?

1.uninstall previous drivers (control panel)
2.reboot
3.install new drivers
4.reboot!!
5.plug in your device and have fun ;)

But I have a question. Is this drivers Windows XP 64 compatible?
I tried to install it and just got this problem (in the attached file);
