p/s: i've flashed new version, but seem like timing for 1st boot is too long. or my device got problem after install new rom :<,
im 'till waiting for this boot......................

i think its soft brick. redownload again the rom and flash the rom again

If You do full wipe then yes. If You install ROM without wipes You wil not loose apps and settings.
But without doing wipes is high risk to have fc's.
