I can clear the data from framework, but then, how can I remove my Google account and replace it. Can you give instructions on how to do this?

Edit: I cleared the data, removed my account, restarted the phone and replaced my account, but STILL stucks on downloading...

Ohh sorry for misleading. I solved only the method that how i can remove/replace my google account.

But after doing the above mentioned steps, I'm still having the same problem, so that case hasn't been solved.

ok, i havent read the whole thread so, i've seen you have rooted your phone, do you have a custom rom installed? if not then could you try one? i'll go ahead and assume you have the clockwork recovery installed. if not let me know and i'll point you to a program that can help

I have the CWM recovery installed, with stock rom. What kind of custom rom do you suggest, or a program that can help me?
