I have the same problem, i cant take it to samsung because i bought it in us and i live in argentina. Please what can i do!

try this method:
remove sim and battery
press downloadmode combo then return the battery(still pressing the buttons)
Flash firmwire using odin

I am a new user to android recently i had rooted my phone galaxy pop android 2.3.6 and I have downloaded chain?
Please help me the problem is that I want to play games on my phone scince galaxy pop is not a hi end phone and it cant run games like asaphalt 6 and temple run i had heard that chain fire 3d can solve this problem so i downloaded it when i clicked install cf3d driver it said that installing it may let your phone not to boot and you may have to reflash your firmware or to backup your cwm I dont know anything about it and how to do it please tell.me and suggest me some apps to do it and if my phone didn't start well

What do you mean by your phone is bricked? If it boots up, it is not bricked. If you can enter download mode (vol down + center button + power when phone is powered off), you are having a soft brick. If phone shows the battery logo when connected to USB / charger when switched off, it is only a soft brick.

In all these cases, you can download ODIN and a stock firmware ("stock firmware" = samsung official firmware) from some unofficial sources - like samfirmware - and get phone back working. Search this forum for the work "ODIN" on how to do this.

Once the phone is working, simply install ClockWorkMod RECOVERY using ODIN. This is the simplest and safest method to root your phone.

actually what happened before i has downloading custom rom and suddenly my phone went blank there was nothing working in that like u had said not light was der but now i don't want iit to happen again i have downloaded chainfire 3d I have downloaded it for gaming propose so when i clicked install cf3d driver it gave awarning that if your phone dosent boot u will have have to reflash your firmware our backup your cwm i dont know anything about it see i if my phone dont boot after that i just want it back as it is and will this be called a hard brick if my phone dosent show any thing

Can you rephrase that? Maybe, split it into 10 or 15 sentences of not more than 7 or 8 words?
