It seems there are two versions of the HTC One S, S3 proc and S4 proc... i have the S3 processor and i think the CWM is not compatitble.

I did a poll myself to see who has this problem and your cpu type at http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...1#post27505961.. Do state what you have... lets hope to solve this!

tried recovery cwm 5831, 5824 and modaco, all of them hang in the HTC warning screen; boot unlocked using htc dev site
