It's not very clear in the current release (but more clear in the upcoming version).
It's the full version of lightflow that's needed for whatsapp.
ah i c, i already fixed it, solution: Whatsapp has its own settings for LED, so i dotn even need lightflow... Batterly charging= red and batter full = green are default so no need for it
I only wnated the blue led for whatsapp, thats what i have now so... solved..
WARNING: In the new Lightflow app, the option to "vibrate" on pickup warns you about the battery being drained faster. I know it sounds self explanatory but it does drain it a lot faster, your phone won't sleep and stay away. Just letting you guys know, don't bother giving it a try.
Other than that, great app besides the talking lady in the homescreen.

True, it's in the labs section for a reason. Sensor monitoring could be improved in android. Quite a few sensors have the ability to wake on movement in the hardware from what I've read, but to monitor changes in android you've to keep polling for those changes. At the moment the feature polls every 2 seconds. I keep trying to come up with ways to make it more efficient as I quite like the idea (especially for phones without leds)

Yes, if you have a SGS3 in hand, they have this feature and it's called Smart Alert. Is there anyway you could see which sensors are being used? This feature only works with integrated SMS notification, missed calls, voicemails, and e-mails. But not with apps like gmail, google voice, etc.

I'm not sure yet, I haven't had chance to look. Samsung may be using sensors bypassing android to pass through the information. This would save battery if they've a wake on movement trigger.

Well thank you for your great and hard work. This is an amazing app and everything you could really wish for in a LED controlled app.
I'm using light flow as well and have no problems with GS3 going in to deep sleep. The problem might be one of your apps.

Sorry for the side topic, but can you tell me which font is this. This is really great. While reading about lightflow I really couldn't help asking this question.
Thanks

So is this something that will drain battery when used with Light Flow but not with the default "Smart alert" by samsung?
