Actually, thats kind of true, the main difference between ICS and other versions of Android (besides graphics) is the way the processes are handled, most of the big differences are under the hood. My old Vibrant runs hella faster on ICS than it does on GB or Froyo. The system itself is more fluid.

I know that there is better optimization under the hood. But other than that and the UI, still does the same stuff.

GB doesn't use dual core and Atrix has a dual core.
