Ok heres where i sound dumb but... what does the boot script do ... i used it for my tmo version using it on att so i dont need wifi calling.. i thought it changed the boot animation but i dont see a difference? again dumb question lol

It installs a boot.img..
You need it if you are coming from another base

Is it ok i flashed the boot.img coming from a stock tmo rom ? this is the first rom i flashed. Btw excellent work on this rom this is how the phone should have been stock!!

Ok last thing no to be a pain .. but this is what i did

1.wiped all the data as stated in instructions wiped davlik for the hell of it
2.flashed rom
3.rebooted into rom
4.turned off fastboot
5.turned off phone booted into fastboot and ran script for windows

btw, its ok i guess im using the euro version i dont need wifi calling!

just wanna make sure i did this all right ... Im used to wipeflash/forget

No need to wipe dalvik, if you wipe data.
Just wipe data and cache for a fullwipe..

You only forgot the tweak package, if you need tweaks..
