I tested out this build and it's great! Thanks

Regarding the camera, I got it to work once, out of many tries, using the ics camera app from play store, but it didn't work after that.

I am confused...so we need to wipe to flash that overclock kernal? Thanks

EDIT: Camera now works for me from lockscreen but FCs after taking photo

you don't need to wipe to flash the overclocked kernel, just when installing the rom

I'd have to say the built-in system controls for overclocking. Just because it's actually built into the operating system, as opposed to setCPU which is running at the app level, on top, not in. I used to love setCPU, well I still do, but I used to use it all the time. Just decided I didn't want extra apps running, memory has always been an issue on the OG as I'm sure your aware. That said, I can't believe a new ICS build came out from my man kfazz. It's almost too good to be true

Seems after flashing the updated kernel I can launch the camera now (from the home screen shortcut), but after taking a picture it locks up.

This is amazing. The only problem is, even after the oc kernal, im still having lag. ive ran the vs supercharger script #4. i locked mms in memory. i disabled surface dithering. Its ONLY laggy in the home launcher oc'd to 1.0 ghz ondemand perimeter. i tried using ADW EX and its lagy to. also do i need to force gpu acceleration? or is hardware acceleration working already? im not complaining though kfazz this rom is amazing

also the mms had problems loading before i locked it in memory. after that no problems
and if i reboot or poweroff it acts like it doesnt want to. i dont know what would cause that.

try editing /system/build.prop
change
dalvik.vm.heapstartsize=5m
dalvik.vm.heapsize=48m

to
#dalvik.vm.heapstartsize=5m
dalvik.vm.heapsize=30m

i'm working on a new build that doesn't lag
