I am attempting to use this tool to unroot my Thunderbolt. My computer is running Windows 7. I downloaded the Thunderbolt Tool and installed it to its own folder. I then ran the .bat file, it checked for updates and downloaded the support files. My Thunderbolt was connected to my computer. Everything seems to work well until it begins to push what I assume is the stock rom restore file. It tells me it is pushing the file and then asks me if it pushed correctly. If I do this with the phone connected as a disk drive, it tells me that it was unable to push the file. If I plug the phone in without changing its connection status (thus showing it is connected "charge only") it indicates that it has completed the process. It then asks me to verify it has pushed correctly (looking for random numbers) and then entering 1 or 2 before proceeding. The problem is that I cannot find the file on the sd card. Where should it be located and how can I find it? I am afraid to go beyond this point because I do not know what will happen next, especially if the file is not there. Any help on how to proceed would be very much appreciated.
