I tried to wipe data of sound Enhancement and disable xloud, but it fc again!

There're still no clear bass and surronding sound in it = =
Can you fix it?
And I always encounter a problem when I try to download the music info
It always appear the download error
Can anyone teaches me how to fix it??

already wipe data on sound enhancement & disable xloud

Reverting back DLNA app remove FC on Connected Device
For those who want it, here I attach it

Equalizer in sound enhancements is working, but "more" doesn't work. Choose it and it force close and back to walkman interface.
