Is there a way to send picture messages without a data plan?

I don't have a data plan but I can also send pics through mms by switching on data. I'm now worried that ill be charged for it. But couple weeks later I called customer Rep and ask them to completely block data plan because I accidentally activate it when my phone is in my pocket! Do now I'm worried once again. I got charge 2 bucks for that. Will update to see if I get charge this time.

Just call a rep and ask them if you are able to send MMS without a data plan. Its that simple. lol.
