@andy

(if you havent already done so) you might want to post a zip that includes an updated build.prop to define the rom as the new ota as well as a command to delete otacerts so it doesnt force the ota on people

You need to use a root explorer. Try downloading ES File Explorer and enable root functions in settings.

Alerts from CMAS cover only critical emergency alerts. Consumers will receive only three types of alerts:

1. Alerts issued by the President

2. Alerts involving imminent threats to safety or life

3. Amber Alerts

Participating carriers may allow subscribers to block all but Presidential alerts.

it's about as minute as an update can get, with reports of the radio not working well for others (works fine for me) and I personally use dres #21 kernel, (I haven't seen the new kernel posted? maybe I will do that if others want. granted I am able to)
so I am not going to bother updating this, I am sorry to those who want it.

I did get permission today to use nitsuj17's Advanced Power Menu so I will be porting that over for you guys.
stop by to thank Nit!
Can someone point me in the direction of the patch? I have searched and cannot find it in this thread.

Thanks!

The new OTA seems to break a lot of things. I haven't seen any reports of improvements.

The patch is not posted on here. The update itself is a patch update. It's really not worth posting anything from it IMO, other that the radio. I also have the boot.img pulled from it, but I haven't looked at it nor have I done anything with it. I can post it later if anyone would like, but honestly, dres kernel is probably more efficient to use. With the stock HTC kernel you won't have the ability to oc, uv or the governor options.

u can still edit CMAS.
cehck his thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1727245

also looking at the patch you posted of the update, i do see a module file in there for the new kernel but it's a .p file and I have no idea what that means, but I do know since I tried that the new boot.img requires new module file.
so if someone who is running could pull the WiFi modules u could post the kernel + the radio
