can Tasker somehow even set Bluetooth on and off if in Dock/ out of Dock? That would be the perfect solution for me.

Sure seems that way but by now there has to be a ton of people snapping away and to my astonishment I haven't heard a single report of a broken button. Maybe its non-intuitive and it actually will withstand it?

So in summary you can have a fully functioning car dock for the lte Nexus by shaving the plastic to make it fit yes? Will it still be difficult to remove it or can you shave it so it comes in and out with little problem?

I bought the 40 dollar verizon car mount because the rep said it had the pogo pins... It's being delivered but of course it won't...right?

A. If you're good with a dremel

Will it still be difficult to remove it?

A. Most say fairly difficult

A. Haven't heard of anyone shaving it yet to make it looser. That would be difficult.

I've been using NFC for this since it's so simple.

Question, when I first got the car dock my phone calls would come out of the car speakers, which is what I want. Then all of a sudden it stopped routing the calls through the speakers, and now they just come out of the phone's speaker. All the audio works fine, when you hang up the ping sound even goes through the car speakers, charges fine as well. Anyone have any ideas? Could it be a rom or kernel possibly? I've tried AOKP and CM9.

With the dock phone calls never came through the speakers unless you connect through bluetooth.
