Oh I switched phones and my new phone has a micro sim. The phone Im trying to set up now is my older phone and isnt on a contract and it takes a regular sized sim. I dont have one though. Tried my friends sim but no luck. His sim was from the phone he is using

Id like to set up the phone to either give a family member or sell

I think you have either

1. a sim lock or
2. a network lock on that phone

you may have to take it to a phone technician to unlock it , they will use a box and get it done

Default update on te17 rom ICS framework & Toddys Rom te13

ok, you need to use Mobile Odin to flash in recovery mode ...like in ICS and CM9 roms

this means its a lot easier to flash, no need for PC and connection problems

testing with Tegrak kernel , install and works fine. lagfix..quad score 2390

Tested the TE13 version (theme 2) has lags and FC's...

the te17 (theme1) seems good , modded with S3 apks.

Why not use Odin in windows instead? But I guess it's ok, I should try to trust Mobile Odin for now... So TE13 theme 1 is better I hope it'll able to use GSM signals I feel lazy tinkering with the SKT Admin though... Will it remove my Data/DBData as well? So if I will flash to TE13, I will use mobile odin, same goes with adding tegrak kernel too, I will also use mobile odin since I'll use TE13 later, right?

you can use odin..guess something went wrong this morning, when i read your post and attempted to flash tegrak , maybe you jinxed me

theme1 is te17...already change the title is OK and usable

theme2 is te13...has problems...maybe still under-construction

you need to format Internal SD card and factory reset for CLEAN Flash as always

Has NO korean apks, only roots your phone and adds busybox and Mobile odin

Don't use te13, unless you want to flash again

So let's say I'm using TE17 right now, I will flash the tegrak kernel using Mobile Odin, Am I right? (Maybe that's the reason why Mobile Odin is there in the TE17 rendering Odin unusable for flashing? Just my speculation)

I have asked Chainfire (XDA member the developer of Mobile odin) to include the M110S in his releases two months ago , he has not responded but somehow this developer has found a workaround by downloading an update into mobile odin he has included in the rom, for it to function on the M110S

thats why in my first post about this rom, I mentioned it was the best feature to have on the phone for any flashing will not be added to the flash count and most of all, you can flash a rom from your SD card .

so enjoy it.

Allshare
Photo Editor

I think Korean developers removed it...

yup, you can reinstall them, if you want..just download from stock apps in Pit stop and install them as third party apps in your phone or internal SD card...I think this is done because of rom space requirements , which is why samsung ended their upgrades for this model
