Can't you zipdev your own rom. It'd be personalized and you could claim your a dev by opening something up and installing a few apks.

Whilst I hate begging for thanks and such, if I've genuinely helped you or provided an insightful comment, a thanks is appreciated but not needed!

I'm not judging you in anyway, I'm just trying to put a direction into all this (and you've stated right, you wouldn't figure as fast how to solve things that doesn't serve you)

If we have a stable base, most of the hardware working to be a daily driver, apps that are essentials and part of using 100% of our phone (like FM app or camera; etc ;)) then I would pick "finitions" not to be dependant of CM gerrit. Remaining work is tiny, that's what my point is based on (not including Camera half working and Encoder/decoder not working (along with youtube HQ problem) that are actually not fixable because it seems we lack OpenMax driver for Armv6 on ICS)

The all point of their organisation (ie. gerrit and reviewing and so on) is to make maintainers working on their device to be working, and have developpers working on "generic codes" that will be merged once it's reviewed stable and done the right way.
I get the fact you're happy helping people while you did this for yourself, who's not being grateful to see an ICS rom for our wildfire ? Don't get me wrong, I'm only speaking in term of a simili "roadmap", I'm arguing on HOW to do it, not WHY or FOR WHO, and I've already thought of making a separate thread to post "pure" CM9, there's simply no point at doing so and you're managing it just fine...

Long explication short, I'm not asking you to say "yes" everytime I speak (and that's not my point) but if I'm helping you, you'll have to take in consideration that this is a project (people expects things from this, it needs a direction), that I'm not speaking "personnally" and attacking you on what you're doing. You've finished studies and did a thesis, I guess you know as much as I know, working with people needs organisation, and it's always a better way to oppose two ideas better than being "scared" of speaking, the fact being ideas can be discuted and worked out.

Still no pressure, I've been waiting patiently to have enough motivation, so you should do if you're asked for something to do.
I'm mostly only using my phone for texts and calls, if I only had to fix what serves me then I'll get my 3310 out of the closet :p
Just kidding, hopes you've got my point and we're still good ;)
I get your point, and I will keep it surely in mind. You are right that people are now having expectations on this, and I promise to keep that in mind as well, perhaps even more than I'm doing now. Especially if we want to keep this a collaborative project, and no personal KANG.
But just a little bit to my defense, the profile toggle commit had died a little bit on gerrit, without an obvious reason. So in stead of waiting for it to merge (like I'm doing now with the increasing call volume feature), I decided to merge it myself and check it out, as I would love to see it merged. I cannot promise you that I will wait every time, but again, I will do my best to show patience and surely to not merge anything that hinders the overall usability/performance of the ROM. But cherry-picking, well, I just love to check out new features, so it is difficult to hold in :p

Oh well, let us leave it behind us.
Something else: I have the notion that the call screen doesn't lag that much anymore? Where I previously missed my calls due to the lag, the screen is now visible when I get it out of my pocket!

I won't. First, that would take too much organisational power of me, and at the end all will be messed up. Secondly, my personal addons are minimal and not worth a second build. At the moment, only the profile toggle is from personal flavour. And the Linaro optimizations, but I don't think anyone wants to get rid of those :p

That is still my partition size (using the tiny gapps).

Thanks ErwinP and all the developers for this continuous support and as a result of which we get what we haven't thought we'll get when ICS first released.

@djpry: I had been using USB tethering since the beginning of this ICS thread. Also, I didn't found anyone complaining of that either. But since no one had replied to your query. I thought to write the resolution (I am writing this with internet being provided by my wildy connected through USB.)

Provided you have installed all the drivers, go to terminal and write this:
su - for super user access then
ifconfig<space>usb0<space>0.0.0.0

Now, enable data and connect your wildy and you will get the USB tethering working..

Hit thanks if I have helped.

CM sources :
-1- official branch (what is merged is official)
-2- custom CM9 with un-merged-yet stuff unofficially merged

This rom is type 2; all relative tweaks done to our device is the "only" way to go.
Erasing them to do seperate builds will only releave in people downloading the "tweaked" one

PS: referring to "tweaks" as tweaks in system.prop or build.prop, it is not to be mistaken from what can be commited to ErwinPs github.

PS2: the only tweaks I would pull apart and/or modify and/or do otherwise are those init.d's I did not really cared about since now, definitively needs cleanup.
