Is this the audio ducking issue where focus doesn't properly return to the player? (It goes quiet for the notification, never goes back up to proper full volume.) If so, pausing for a bit (can be a second, sometimes a bit longer) and restarting usually works too. Also, pretty sure that's the base (CM9) causing this.

DH has anyone tested bluetooth calls? If not, I can test it for you.

Sms split didn't come through for me, so I'm using go sms. I have a few questions though (anyone can feel free to answer, I can't search in the xda app)

You know, sometimes it's astonishing the learning curve which I work at...

Been going through the framework.jar files and diffing the current CM9 against mine, and I *think* I've figured out how to properly clean everything up.

My goal is to go through each smali file, find the MIUI hooks we're using, drop them directly onto the current CM9 smali, and then compare THAT output against a proper MIUI.US build.

I think this should give us the most stability across the board...as well as make it compatible with the .US buildbot system for their weekly updates.

Very weird I could place calls and hear people fine but they couldn't hear me.

Would grab a logcat but I just ended up flashing GB MIUI until newer base comes out but hopefully someone else who also seen it can post logcat.

Seems like a lot of work, with all that smali editing. And we thank you for that. :beer:

Hey anyone else using HaxSync not able to get it working?

Edit: On the other hand Facebook contact sync works just fine so I guess I'll just switch to that
