The App should generally work with JB, too. But I didn't got UMS-over-MTP working for ICS.. So I won't try again (until I get myself a device to test on).

Edit: Okay guys (and gals).. I've found a working solution in the Galaxy SII forums for using UMS instead of MTP.
Can somebody with a MTP device (eg GN) see if he can get UMS working as follows:

How to enable USB mass storage on Android 4.0 ICS Samsung Galaxy S2?
1.Bring up Settings.
2.Click More… (under Wireless and network).
3.Then select USB utilities ~ Set USB cable connection mode.
4.Select Connect storage to PC then.
5.Connect USB cable from phone to PC.
6.Select Turn on USB storage.

This was taken from the SGS2 forums, but i'm curious to see if that works for the GN too!?
If it does - and your Kernel support init.d scripts - you can try flashing the following zip via recovery to permanently enable UMS instead of MTP:

If that works, but your kernel does NOT support init.d scripts I can implement this solution in the App so you don't have to do the whole rocedure every time you plug in USB. Please let me know.
Also, can somebody with a Galaxy Nexus please let me know if you have a file a file named persist.sys.usb.config in /data/property ? Thanks!
