Help with soft brick!

I was installing gingerdx rom on my x8 and it got stuck on the SE logo.
I can't go on recovery mode and I try repairing trough pc companion and seus and it says that there is no available update for my phone.

please help!

You know how to go in both recoveries xrec(back button) and cwm(touch the screen) are you?!

in general, you can flash with a flashtool

try to using Flahtool dude!

downgrade your phone with x8 generic baseband..and you will got your ohine in 2.1
then root your phone, unlock BL, flash Kernel and ROM
don' forget to wipe data/ factory reset and wipe battery stats..
