"Device will always boot at 1Ghz"
Is that mean that I have to set mine freq after every boot?

Hi I'm using no frills CPU and I set Max 1.9 ,min 1.7, smartass2,sio....is it safe or not....??

Very unsafe. Having your CPU -constantly- overclocked that high will wear it down so fast.

It's not. And it's not good for the battery either. The CPU is forced to run at a very high frequency all the time. Your phone must be also quite over heated.

Yes. Therefore you need to install e.g. no frills or any
other CPU frequency app.

BTW: I am still at max 1.2GHz, That is enough for me

Well my aim is to make this phone fly at stock speeds
Is there any lag on stock frequencies ?
