The problem occurs not reproducable, but often.

Phone is sleeping, screen is black. Now I pick up another phone, call my number and let it ring 2-3 times. Then I hang up to simulate a missed call. Phone starts to pop up several messages "Unfortunately process .... was closed" (similar text, I use the german version). Then it asks me for my pin code, detects a new sim card and asks for a reboot.

Please let me know if you need further informations, logcats, ....
