Phone Lagging

Hi friends.. Its a weired problem i have observed...
The more apps I install... The phone starts lagging.. Initially I was on GB 2.3.6 DDKP3 sotck firmware... now I am on RemICS V 2.1 . . the same problem with both the versions... any help / suggesation how to solve this..?

i flashed ics build 39 on my cell.Then i flashed gingerbread XXKPE on it by odin . after i flashed it i got a screen asking for a password. so i again flashed a different gingerbread and it asked for the password again. i went on typing wrong passwords and then a screen came which said that my data was deleted but now the cell did not ask for the password again.then again when i flashed XXKPE >> XXKPQ my network coverage started to become weak, sometimes i even lost my network coverage. Even after flashing again the problem remained. Can any one help me?? please

What's the durability of these screen protectors? I have used one since about 8 months. And now it's a pain in the a**. My fingers get kinda stuck due to friction or I don't know what when I try to slide or swype. And you won't believe this! Certain regions around my finger tips have turned into dead zones. Nothing happens if I use them. It only works if I use particular regions of my tips. I am confused. Is the screen protector or is it the screen?

Remove the screen protector and see if the screen works fine.
Don't waste your time "fixing" the protectors, buy cheap ones (2$ for 10) from ebay, they'll last you about two years (all of them together)...
