[Q] App to instantly communicate over wifi...

hey guys... my fiancee and i both work in buildings that have trouble connecting to 3g, but we can both connect to wifi. is there an app or someway we can send texts to each other so that it sends instantly over wifi? the reason being is that sending texts either never goes thru or takes forever due to the horrible service.

Google Voice can text over wifi. although if you're connected to wifi you could also just use IM apps or Gtalk right?

Simplest way is just use GTalk.
