I have tried the unbrick solution but I do not have a CSE web upgrade button, I only have a Normal Web Upgrade button to press in the flash program.

I have Official ICS rooted but I have the same error as my friend a few post's above.

Would you have some suggestions?

You don't want this version of CWM even if you could get past the boot signing of official ICS. My suggestion? Go through the unbrick guide to downgrade to Gingerbread, install CWM via Rom Manager, and then if you really really want LG's ICS, install HO!NO!'s CWM-flashable version.

Running rooted official ics.
Installed cwm using rom manager.
I can enter and exit out cwm fine but cwm can not read my sd card.
I tried formating my sd card, reinstalling cwm, nothing worked.
Tried downloading rom from rom manager but it wont install at cwm.

SD card reads fine when booted into android. Also rom manager sees all the files i have on sd card. But CWM is not seeing them.

Rom manager 5.0.1.5
CWM 5.8.2.0

Let me guess, it's the SD card that came with the phone, right?

Here's what you need to do. Use this program to format the card from a computer (using a card reader, not through the phone). After that it should work fine. This is an issue many people have had with the SD cards that come with the phone.

By the way, you really shouldn't be following this thread. This is for an old, broken version of CWM. The one installed from ROM Manager is good though.

I think it was my CWM. Installed 5.0.2.7 and problem was gone.
Thanks

You need to use 5.8.2.0. It's the ONLY version currently that does not have major problems.

Don't come running to us when you brick your phone because of using CWM 5.0.2.7.

I've been searching around, but I can't seem to find a definite answer, I'm using a Telus P935 (rooted the updated ICS) and installed CWM 5.8.2.0 but when I reboot into recovery I get:

I can't interact or anything after that.

Seems I'll have to use the unbrick... which I don't really want to do.
