Its weird never had this problem on mine! If you got the right drivers for mini already then try to install rom again, make a clean process means wipe everything before and after install!! Good luck

yeah i know this is really weird
but like i said before, i've reinstalled kies and also driver
too lazy to reinstall rom, because i've installed many app

this is the best rom...please do some update !

Yeah ... i have this problem too...with many roms.. luckily i have another laptop..and that one detects it

Hmm.. Im still using this rom, longer cus-stock rom in my mini wkwk..
No flickering when open multitap browser n no prob with usb tethering / usb masstorage
