It's an ADW theme "Glass Rings". I toyed around with different wall papers but haven't found one I liked yet so it's the stock Glass Rings wallpaper.

This home screens are making me crave for the SGS3!!!

The weather shows my appointments too, I had to switch my calendar to take a snapshot.
