I tried to grant all permissions to recovery.sh using an app I got in the market. App crashed, but i saw that recovery.sh have 0 Bytes.

Any attempt to unistall 2ndinit to do a fresh installation fails too. Don't know what to do. ;/

don´t know if right place to ask, I need to get my defy back to stock (warranty purposes) due to the camera wasn´t working, I uninstalled 2init and unroot, but when defy is booting, led blinks blue and I do have access to boot options, is there any option to remove that?

The best way to get rid of all root traces is to flash sbf. There are a lot of guides around forum.

Hi,
I just rooted my Defy+ 4.5.1-134_DFP-231 & it now is 45.0.2310-MB256.AsiaRetail.en.03

I installed the apk version 2.3
When I click on install button in the app it asks me to activate usb debug.
I did so but I didn't go on installing yet because I found this: How to install 2nd-init(recovery) in DEFY+ ME525+?(with root method)
What do I have to do now ? What are all the steps after clicking the install button ? Do I have to disable usb debug or is it better to leave it on ? Can this info for first install be added to main post ?

Thanks for helping me.

Edit: I installed 2ndinit, I have the blue led & can access to it. I didn't disable usb debug yet, can I disabled it ?
How do I backup my ROM now ? A friend told me to install this so that I can do a backup before changing the kernel to use other cpu frequencies.

Thanks for answering.
Ok, no overclocking. Is there no kernel so that I can use any frequencies & not fixed ones at 300/600/800/1000 ?
Also I still don't know exactly how to do a backup of my rom on the sd as it is now ( rooted ) & if by goning back to unrooted I can someway backup my stock rom as it was ?

Enter Recovery and do a nandroid backup. That backup is common procedure and is equal to all other Android smartphones. And yes, you may disable USB debugging now .
