Default [Q] Notification LED Constant Blue

This just started today. My notification light is a constant blue. It won't go off. I have no notifications of any kind. In fact I turned off everything. I'm not using Lightflow. I wiped cache and dalvik and even reflashed the Kernel (Franco). It's really eating the battery.

Any solutions? Most appreciative.

which rom?

HTC One - Nexus 7 - Galaxy Nexus

Why base what you think about a ROM on a quadrant score? Is it smooth for you? Is it as quick or quicker than other ROMS? THAT'S what you should base an impression of a ROM from. Its ALWAYS about the UX. Who really cares about a quadrant score? Do you plan on racing other Nexus phones on weekends or something? - CrackerTeg

Duh, sorry. I knew that. It's stock.
I can't find any running Apps that would enable an always on blue light. I've never seen this light except by modification. My green notification light is definitely not engaged at the moment as I've gotten numerous texts and emails that would have triggered it.

Any ideas at all?

have you got lightflow installed but disabled? if so you can check the accessibility settings to see if it is actually turned off,

other than that i cant see what could be causing a blue led. the GNex led by default is white for notifications. last resort would be to do a backup and factory reset

install a battery monitoring application to see what exactly is eating your battery, that might show up with something

You said in the OP you weren't using it, not that it wasn't installed. If you're going to be rude, then fix the problem yourself.

Uh, wasn't rude. Just responding to his question. The damn was directed at my frustration.
Peace.
