What do these cables do for you are they just adapters?

I bought this one (actually one micro and one mini sold together) USB OTG cables. I tried out the micro with the Note and a thumb drive. Worked great.

I've used an OTG connector to successfully remote control my Canon DSLR using an app, too.

Im trying to use it to transfer music into a thumb flash drive. I use a flash drive to play music in my car and I hate plugging it into my laptop to transfer music. Instead...this will be "On the Go" OTG For file transfer. I have a lot of music stored into cloud so I can access it on my Note and transfer it to my usb flash OTG.

I have 4 of these cables. I love it!

I use it for a few applications. I have tried it with my Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse combo and it worked beautifully.

I have use a USB hub and also plugged in a flash drive along with the keyboard and mouse and it worked great.

The most common thing I use it for is my camera. I have an microsd usb adapter connected to the UOTG cable. I use a sdcard with microsd adapter and i use it to transfer pictures on the go. its great.

I have the one form T & S electronics. It was on Amazon Prime and I got free 2 day shipping.

I have used it to transfer photos from the Nikon D3100 right into the gallery. And with the right app, i'm able to control exposure setting and as well with the USB cable.

Also, I hooked up an Logitech Wireless Mouse adapter and the mouse showed up on the note.

I am on Team Perfections ICS Rom with an ATT Note.
