[Q] Problem with ROM. Help please!

Hey.
Got a rooted LG optimistic 2x (p990).
Until recently, I were using the MIUI Tom, and it worked fine
But then I tried out CyanogenMod 7, and now I really need the help of a pro!

When I go on android market. It exits right away, the Tom manager is old, so it wont let me download Tom's without updating. But since I don't have android market I can't download a newer version. Installing from SD card doesn't work.

But that's the easy part. My backup ROM is gone for some reason!
And I cant install other ROMs. It. Just gives me a white triangle with an exclamation mark.
The boot menu wont appear either! (Volume down + power). It just boots normally.
I'm in deep **** here! I want MIUI back. PLEASE HELP!

So it seems you have lg pesimistic 2X. the best for you would be nvflash stock rom, root it install rom manager flash clockwork recovery and then miui rom.

Can you explain in details please?
(I can't install ROMs, remember?) what is 'nvflash'?

Nvflash uses direct access to hynix flash chip used in p990. It will total restore your phone. Homero made nvflash rom here so thank him if it will help you. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1715272
