I'am using xxlm8 kedai ROM n titaniumbackup 5.2.0.1
Before install ICS theme,Titanium working properly..
Tried to install again but showing this error..

it's not from my theme, but there 's left odex file in data/app/.....
with the file name com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup-2.odex, please delete it via root explore and reboot, then reinstall

I suggest you to use the latest version

Default can i install only the status bar?
i really like your status bar and also the settings. is there any chance that only those two can i install?

Download theme and extract, take SystemUI.apk and Settings.apk, Put to system/app via root explorer
