I heard that HTC have solved most of the hardware issues in thier latest batch, since they have acknowledged themselves regarding the glitches, it must be free of defects.

I'm also fed up waiting for this device so long, but since I have no other option, I've to wait for the "near perfect" HOX.I dont want to run behind these service centres in between my work days and more over the service centre really sucks here.For this reason alone I'm waiting...

This yellow tint stuff mentioned above really makes me worried....
