Unhappy This is really annoying. SD CARD Issue. HELP NEEDED

OK So it goes like this,
I lost my old memory card, I bought a new one, 8GB Class 4 Kingston, Partitioned it with a ext and fat32. The card had weird problem that it got unexpectedly removed all over again. I tried many fixes (Given below). Then later I thought maybe the card was buggy, I bought a new Sandisk 16 GB class 4 card. And made same partitions, 1GB ext4 and rest fat 32. And FML Same problem.

When I get the problem:
-When i try to copy a file to it.
-When it just writes anything.
-I tried in recovery too, it automatically unmounts.

What all I've tried (Fixes):
-Deleted all partitions. Made new one.
-Formatted entire card. and all partitions.
-Did surface test( No problems found)
-Check disk (Still no problems)

Additional Info:
-I had this problem with 2 cards. My sister one works perfectly with it.
-All these cards work perfect with card reader and other phones.
-I didn't update anything. Just reflashed a ROM. And yeah i tried reflashing ROM again..
-Found many threads in XDA but without any conclusion except motorola's idiotic card reader problem.
-Using CM9 Alpha 3.

HELP WILL BE APPRICIATED. Please help me i'm bugged with this...

I did try when I received the card. It worked perfectly fine then. It even worked after partitioning. This just started at random.

Does the sd card act normally when you use it on a computer (partitioned state, etc) ?
If it does, it's probably your phone acting up.

I remounted the ext4 partition again in link2sd. And restarted phone.
And it's been some 2 hours i didn't get that problem. DAFUQ?

Anyways if anyone has fix still share because it seems to randomly appear outta nowhere.

Pray it doesnt happen again.

It worked quite normal. One time it didnt show the ext4 partition in minitool. I deleted partitions and created new one. That problem was solved there only.

Do you think that maybe I got faulty cards?
