Just asking..
if/when the cyanogenmod people think this unoffical port is good enough to consider official.
My Devices:
Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE (i747)- Rooted, stock firmware, safely ensconced in my Lifeproof Fre
HTC Incredible S - S-off (rev hboot) - returned to stock ROM and handed down.
HTC Wildfire S - BL unlocked, unbranded, gathering dust.
Archos 32 - SDE flashed, rooted, gathering dust.
eVGA Tegra Note - stock

Which doesn't seem likely...

Edit: signed the petition anyway.

Yeah, I saw that too.

This is a quote which seems very useful on the options we have now. I'm going with option 1.

1. Forget about it. Stick to GB or buy a newer device. Simplest solution.
2. Continue to pressure on Qualcomm for release. Almost no chance to success.
3. Try to hack around GB's libs, writing stubs etc. No one succeeded yet.
4. Reimplement OMX IL by ourselves. LOTS of work, high programming skills, lots of time to code, reverse engineer QDSP5 protocol etc. Can take too many time to finish, most will abandon platform before we get any release.

Thanks divanikus.

This explains why YouTube streams fine for a while, then starts lagging a small bit when buffering then just lags a bit throughout the video.

Eventually it just totally fluds and cases the system server to crash and your phone restarts.

Again I can't be bothered to take logs over an extensive period of time like this so I can't confirm it. Just an idea.

Stop guessing, it doesn't solve any problems. It is a file descriptor leak in the network stats.

There will be no release of RC1. I've restructured the whole repository to share common code and created a marvelc tree. The plan is also to share the code with HTC liberty and cacha. Currently there are some problems I'm not sure if this is related to the repo restructure or CM tree. It needs some time to sort it out.

I have a new hobby of playing around with build.prop and noticed wifi.supplicant_scan_interval= is set to 15. I belive that that might be causing baterry drainage for some users. I dont know if its intentional or a typo, I might be totaly wrong about what it does too.
