Ok, weirdest thing just happened. Went in CWM Recovery and wiped cache, dalvik cache, and batter stats.....now Settings>Xperia>Internet Settings is back....wtheck.....

Can't find it and it's not free right? I just like Xperia Keyboard cuz it has easier Gesture Input and the New Line button and Instant Voice Input. Better than Swype.
