Flahed it ok via CWM, reboot and uh oh...stuck at the Samsung Galaxy Tab logo.

Would not boot into recovery.

Booted into download and now recovering from stock....

I'm just looking at how to use Heimdall.

Re-stock was my only option becuase I am a Heimdall n00b

Thanks though...next time I should be OK to use it.

All back to normal now, thank goodness for Titanium Backup and SugarSync cloud storage.

had this same problem last time... mine was from cdesai's build but I wanted to try alroger's build (those build before cdesai's kernel) so I flashed it and got stuck on the boot logo with no way to go in recovery... restock was my only solution too..

i gotta learn this Heimdall procedure too...

USB Fast Charge exists only in humberos kernel, for now at least.

It does but it expects a .tar file.

I didn't try to simply rename the .zip (which I only just thought of) so dunno if it would (have) work(ed).

I downloaded Heimdall and installed.

Thought I'd give the Humberos kernel again - exactly the same thing happened, stuck at the Samsung Galaxy Tab startup screen.

However, this time with my new found Heimdall skillz I simply re-flashed the 20120624 humberos kernel and cha-ching back up and running.

Wish I'd done that yesterday, could have saved me 90 minutes of re-stock and reconfiguration

Anyone else have the issue with the 20120627 humberos kernel? ..just me?

Was going to try the RC1 release with the 20120624 kernel - is that a good idea?

--

EDIT: Well, I've just installed the latest RC build. Attempted to run the 20120627 humberos kernel but no joy, anyway used Heimdall to install the 20120624 kernel and it's all good so far
