If you're currently on ICS you don't need to flash 2.3.6 but use update ota fix prior to run ota update file from recovery.

Anyone have issues logging into the amazon app store after doing this upgrade? I cant seem to login for the life of me... I can log into all the other amazon services just not the app store. I am using the device in the US on ATT

Hi Pedro, I've read the entire thread but I'm not really sure which one to follow. My phone is running the following specs:
+Stock Rogers System version 651.167.3331.XT910.Rogers.en.CA
+Baseband version: U_1C.76.0FP
+Rooted
+Has CWM Recovery 5.0.2.5

There's just a lot of files to download and I'm so confused.. Help..

Even though I'm using the chinese ICS?

I have followed the process as described on OP (i.e. i'm on ICS), installed the amazon app store and it works flawlessly...

What happens on your case? Does it just not allow you to log-in? Any error messages displayed?

I have downloaded the latest version..however, the build.prop and other system/ folder is in "patch/system". Any ideas why?? Also, the files are with a '.p' extension.. so its build.prop.p ????

yes, the process is the same as for retail.br users.

Not really. All I know is it'll take some while to get out to everyone in Brasil. Maybe a couple weeks. Also, there's a .340 build wich will allow jumping from GB 2.3.5 to ICS, nothing else.
