I can't replace it because if I'm not root I can't mount to R/W and I can't change the apk. How do you do it?

Place this in your ".zip" package install in \system\app\ and reflash it. No need wipe normally

Why dont u unzip and replace the file in system/apps and again zip the file, coz uploading the whole file will be hectic and Frankenstein is anyhow going to reupload the whole ROM again today.

I guess MAC support unzipping and zipping feature.......I have never used MAC

Settings - advanced is force closing ...may be u need replace the Aries parts in system/app with device parts from cm9. By the way gr8 work with the rom.. Its super smooth.

One more suggestion there is an updated version of vurrut kernel available... may be u can include that in your update release
