Yeah I noticed that, to get it back:

Settings
System
Combined Bar
Check 'show clock' ...if it's already checked uncheck it and re-check it.

What I cannot get rid of is the WiFi name I am connected to ...wasn't there before.

--

EDIT: This clock disappearing looks like a bug. After making it appear (as above) it then disappears after a reboot.

Yes, you're right

Tab was sleeping for 10 minutes only, woke her up to check...clock gone.

All, just a quick note, I made a guide to flashing a kernel using Heimdall frontend in windows.

I posted it to the Heimdall thread here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=1536

A direct link to the guide here

Remember I am a n00b with this, but that process works for me every time. I don't know if I can be of any help if it goes wrong (it won't) - I'll try though

Are you using the Humberos kernel?

I've got the 20120627 humberos kernel on the 20120628 build.

I'm going to try the 20120624 humberos kernel....

Nothing to do with kernel. This problem (clock disapearing) is on cdesai kernel from 28.06, and on humberos kernel from 27.06.

If show clock is not checked the clock will not be visible. The default is for it to be checked. It is possible you have unchecked it in the past. The recent change is to ensure that if it is unchecked the clock will not reappear when the lock screen is brought up.

I have never unchecked that option.

I've gone back now to 27.06 build and 27.06 humberos kernel
