It sounds like if you arent too sure how to fix your phone, the ROM TE17 has some problems....
It is missing many things from the stock ROM.
You should probably stick with a stock ROM or Nakyup ROM until a stable version of ICS is released.....
There are so many questions regarding "how to do this", "how to do that", "please help".
If you do not know what you are doing, you always risk the chance of bricking your phone.....If you cannot afford to do that, then stop experimenting with different ROMs, and use the ones that are stable.
