If your looking for a good benchmark try Vellamo on the Play market.

It's funny that you mentioned that because I was coming here to make a comment that this ROM actually fails to even start 2 parts of this benchmark.

Check it out and see what you can figure out with this.

Try this... reboot into your recovery <cwm non touch > flash dark side cache wipe .zip and reboot then test... if that doesn't fix the problem re flash the ROM according to OP. Otherwise just delete your .apk and do without it , download a new one.

3 days on v7 and it is smooth as butter. The only real problem I have had is a lockup when I press the home button. but a reboot fixed that problem and it hasn't happened since my first boot up. Keep up the amazing work tdj

How do I install the dark side wallpaper apk? I extracted it from an older rom but it won't install.

Suddenly i been getting random freezes. I would click on a app and it does not let me in for all of them. After that i would get a msg (unexpectedly, ..has stopped) then everything works after. im using venom #3

I agree. I make sure I super and cache wipe before flashing always and have never encountered the laser sound problem on this or any other rom while using the music player.
