problem on downgrade

hi
i was have 4.0.3 and i try to install 3.2.1 and i put the rom on sd card and install it and now my iconia doesn't turn on after the instalation..
what can i do?

I believe you will have to reinstall your HC bootloader. ICS has a different bootloader.

so how to that?

Bootloader : 0.03.12-ICS

You have bad bootloader.Need HC bootloader.Use this procedure.
