I finally found one issue with my A700

I run temp+CPU as a widget. It will show me the various CPU speeds as I use the tab.

I was streaming a TV show through Netflix. No big deal. I go and get out of the Netflix to switch to something open already and I get massive jerkiness and my CPU was showing like 620 MHz, rather than it throttling back up. Without root, I am stuck with crappy throttling.
