If you don't make a SD cache, whenever you install an app, the phone will reset AFAIK, because the rom is set to install apps to sdcache. If you don't want to create a sdpart, use WIL. There's a youtube video for it.

Also you can ask someone to upload the rom for you.

You don't need to ask permision because these skin have been made by htc team and putt all with the png in the thread.
