Yes, it will happen, and officially from Google too. For now we wait though.

Total Ram is about 403 MB...
And available ranges from 50 - 200 MB.....

All in all a pretty quick port of Jelly Bean, unfinished though it may be.

Google claims that it will be available for us Nexus S users mid-July officially. I'm not so sure about that date and I'd sure like to see if a "daily" port of JB is any lighter for our device than ICS. I really like ICS but it feels like our phone is slow no matter what ROM+kernel combo we might use compared to GB. I think that patience is key for this update...
