phone won't boot into recovery (resolved thank you!!)

so i flashed miui and rebooted never got past the sammy screen and now i power off hold all three physical buttons and it won't boot into recovery tryed adb and phone won't show up under adb devices so did i soft brick if so what do i need to do to get this sucker going again?

replace the EL30 tar with the FC09 tar you can download in the development section

the odin file is not working??

all these links seem to be bad the odin tar link won't work either.. ugh.. fml..

what about the pit file is that the same one?
