I'll try to test what make wake lock through adb but i can't promise how fast because currently i have limited acces to computer especially with installed andorid sdk At this moment i hold my opinion it's rom, not kernel related. I guess some system processes are bugged and wake the phone but can't tell it for sure now. Of course there's one more explanation - one of non-system aplications keep phone awake but it means something must change in beta-10 what did that push services or somethig what make no problems are currently bugged. The second explanation is less plausible - i tested all my aplications with push services and even uninstalled some.

Default WiFI BT Binaries

In the OP it states New Wifi and BT Drivers..Correct.

Changelog:

Beta-10
Fixed WiFi thetering
New kernel drivers(BT, WiFi)
Data meter fixed

Well the Radio I am using does work, but when I switch Kernel, No WiFi...

This is related to those updated drivers I reckon.

What BaseBand(Radio) are you guys running..
I might need to change mine..
